That was a fantastic day.
We hope everyone had a great time at the 50th Anniversary. Pictures from the slideshow will be posted in the Members Section in the next few weeks. Keep a look out for the files.
The season is early, and bear and coyote sightings have already been in the park.
Please keep your garbage out of sight and put it away so we don't attract unwanted guests.
IF YOU DO SEE A BEAR OR COYOTE PLEASE MAKE OTHER MEMBERS OF THE PARK AWARE OF THE SIGHTING.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE USE OF AIR CONDITIONERS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE BOARD.
Regrettably, our park's power grid cannot sustain many air conditioners. As a community, it's our shared responsibility to limit usage to those who truly need them.
Every member must reapply for their air conditioner permit. This was decided at the AGM and must be done every two years.
If you spot any old or "dead" trees that you think may be a problem, please let a Board Member know. They can have the Ground Crew come and take a look and, if necessary, have them removed.
Use this link to contact the Board. if you wish.
It looks like we may have some new furry friends this summer, so this is just a reminder to please register your pets with Animal Control (Jim Forcand). Please send your name, pet name and type, and lot number to jr4can@gmail.com.
If you have a new dog, please pick up a sign from Jim to put in your trailer window.
With the park now open, please remember to be prepared for fire safety. You MUST have an operational garden hose connected to your trailer and an operating smoke detector. Someone from the fire safety group will be around to check your garden hose connections.
There was a fairly significant sewer backup recently at the park. Please be smart of remember not to flush items that do not belong in the sewer system. Believe it or not, some of the bigger culprits are food waste and grease. Yuk.
Social committee is always looking for volunteers for upcoming events. Please contact Joelle Fillion-Kopp, Kerstin Hallson, Jenith Rebec to let them know of your interest.
If you are looking for a book to read or even watch a new movie – checkout the bookcases in the hall.
A big thank you to Brenda Guay and helpers for looking after the “Library” at the hall. Lots of sorting and cleaning up, getting rid of books that are falling apart. DVD’s have been kindly donated too….make sure they are returned, for all to enjoy!
Keep and eye open for fire bans from the municipality. Even when there is no ban,
Be Fire Smart.
